griefs and sorrows are sicknesses and pains and Jesus bore all of our sickness and pains.
Another scripture that I love is Psalm 32:7 Thou art my hiding place; thou shalt preserve me from trouble; thou shalt compass me about with songs of deliverance. Selah. He will give you songs to just worship him when we do not know what to do.
I pray these a lot.
